Welcome to Devicer.pk. By visiting our website, placing an order, or making use of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases, deliveries, and interactions conducted on Devicer.pk. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

Order Acceptance: All orders placed on Devicer.pk are subject to product availability and verification. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order due to pricing errors, inventory limits, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Pricing & Currency: All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless specified otherwise. Any applicable shipping charges are clearly communicated at checkout or before dispatch.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Open Parcel Inspection

Check Before Payment: We provide an Open Parcel / Check Before Payment facility nationwide across Pakistan. You are entitled to open and physically inspect your parcel in the presence of the courier rider before making payment.
Immediate Parcel Rejection: If you are not satisfied with the item or observe physical damage during the open parcel inspection, you may return the package directly to the rider without making payment.
Order Finalization: Once payment is handed over to the courier and the parcel is accepted, the order is deemed successfully completed. Subsequent claims will be processed strictly under our 7-Day Replacement Policy.

4. Shipping & Fast Nationwide Delivery

5 Working Days Delivery: We aim to deliver all accepted orders across Pakistan within 5 working days.
Courier Coordination: Our logistics partners will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to delivery to confirm your availability and schedule a delivery time slot.
Delays & Exceptions: While we strive for 5-day fulfillment, delivery timelines may occasionally experience minor delays due to adverse weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier disruptions in remote regions.

5. 7-Day Replacement & No Money-Back Policy

No Money-Back Refund: Devicer.pk strictly operates on a NO MONEY-BACK REFUND policy. Once an order is accepted and payment is completed, cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Free Replacement: In the event of a manufacturing defect or transit damage verified by our team, we provide a free first-time replacement.

6. Replacement Terms & Claim Requirements

To claim a free replacement, the following criteria must be satisfied:

7-Day Reporting Window: The issue must be reported to our support team within 7 days of receiving delivery. Replacement requests made after 7 days will be rejected.
Proof of Defect: You must provide clear visual evidence (photos and video recordings) demonstrating the fault or defect.
Exclusions: Replacements will not be granted for items showing physical damage from misuse, drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Free gift items and promotional accessories are excluded from replacement coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

Devicer.pk shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services beyond the purchase price of the item.
