If you find a lower advertised price for an identical product on a qualifying online store in Pakistan before making your purchase:

2. Price Match Conditions & Guidelines

To qualify for a Price Match Guarantee, the comparison listing must meet the following criteria:

  • Identical Product: The item must be identical in brand, model, color, specifications, and condition (brand new, unopened, and sealed).
  • Live In-Stock Listing: The lower price must be currently active and in-stock at an eligible Pakistani online retailer at the time of the claim.
  • Final Price Comparison: The total price comparison includes product price plus any applicable delivery or handling fees.
  • Valid Competitor: Applies only to verified, legitimate e-commerce retailers operating within Pakistan.

3. Exclusions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Unverified third-party marketplace sellers, social media group sellers, or auction listings (e.g., OLX, local individual resellers).
  • Clearance sales, liquidations, end-of-season closeouts, or damaged/refurbished items.
  • Bundle deals, buy-one-get-one-free offers, promotional gift vouchers, or coupon code discounts.
  • Post-purchase price match requests (claims must be submitted prior to order acceptance and dispatch).
