At Devicer.pk, we understand that plans can change. We aim to make canceling an order as simple and transparent as possible before it reaches your doorstep. Please review our cancellation terms below.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner (dispatched).
  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 3:00 PM (PKT) on working days are processed rapidly. To guarantee a successful cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To submit an order cancellation request, reach out to our support team right away:

  • WhatsApp / Phone (Fastest Method): Send a message with your Order ID and Name to +92 340 8190741.
  • Email: Send your cancellation request with your order details to devicer.pk@gmail.com.

Once received, our customer service team will confirm whether the order has been dispatched or successfully canceled.

3. Cancellations After Dispatch & At Doorstep

If your order has already been dispatched and is out for delivery:

  • Open Parcel Rejection: Since we offer an Open Parcel / Check Before Payment facility, if you no longer wish to accept the item when the courier rider arrives, you can simply inform the rider and reject the parcel at your doorstep without paying.
  • Post-Acceptance Cancellations: Once you inspect, accept, and pay for the parcel at your doorstep, the order can no longer be canceled. Subsequent issues with manufacturing defects or damage fall under our 7-Day Replacement Policy.

4. Cancellations Initiated by Devicer.pk

We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to delivery under the following conditions:

  • The requested product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • There was an inadvertent pricing or technical error on the product listing.
  • The shipping address or contact number provided during checkout is invalid, incomplete, or unverified via call/WhatsApp.
  • The order is flagged for suspected fraudulent activity.

In any such event, our team will notify you via phone, SMS, or email explaining the reason for cancellation.
